                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH SOIL RESTORATION AND 
                   RECYCLING, INC. ("SR2") AND ALTERNATIVE 
                   FUELS, INC. ("AFI") RELATIVE TO CONSTRUCTION 
                   AND LEASE OF A BUILDING FOR OPERATION OF A 
                   SOIL PURIFICATION PLANT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       agreement with Soil Restoration and Recycling, Inc. ("SR2") and 
       Alternative Fuels, Inc. relative to construction and lease of a 
       building for operation of a soil purification plant.
